Terms and Conditions
1. Carriage terms and minimum order valueUK AND NORTHERN IRELAND:
Orders over £300 net for frames will be delivered free of charge by our designated carrier/postal service - UK mainland only. Orders under £300 net for frames will incur a £10 delivery charge unless otherwise stated. All orders are subject to 17.5% vat.
REPUBLIC OF IRELAND & CHANNEL ISLANDS:
Carriage charges on these orders will be advised after order has been placed.

2. CHARGES FOR SAMPLE FRAMES
Due to the cost of preparing and dispatching samples we reserve the right to make a charge to cover the costs involved, you will be notified of these prior to the charge being made.
3. PAYMENT TERMS
See papal instructions on order form.
Traders wishing to open an account will be subjected to GFS LTD conditions of sales and acceptance by the buyers. Copies of these conditions of sale are available on request.
4. RETENTION OF TITLE AND RISK
The ownership of goods supplied, the subject of an order, shall not pass to the customer until payment has been received in full by GFS LTD although the risk passes to the purchaser at time of delivery.
5. DAMAGED AND LOST GOODS
Any damaged or faulty goods must be notified to us, in writing, within 4 working days of receipt otherwise no liability will be accepted. Please email us detailing, in full, the damage or fault relating to your order. Along with the email we ask you to provide photographic evidence to support your complaint. Non delivery of goods must be reported, in writing, within 4 working days of receipt of invoice.
6. RETURNS
Goods shall not be returned without prior written authorization from GFS LTD. We ask you to email us within 4 working days of receiving your order. From there we will instruct you as to the next step. All agreed returns must be sent to our warehouse or the warehouse instructed. To qualify for credit, all returned goods must be adequately packed and protected, still in their original shrink wrap and in a re-saleable condition. We reserve the right to levy a 20% restocking charge. Transport charges will not be refunded.
7. OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
Temporary out of stock items will be advised on as to delivery date.
8. PART SHIPMENT
Every effort is made to send a complete order, however we reserve the right to make part shipments due to external factors beyond our control.
9. TIME IS NOT OF THE ESSENCE
There will be no liability for consequential damages/losses.
10. WEBSITE ORDERS
GFS LTD does not accept liability for errors and omissions within its websites and reserve the right to change information, prices, specifications and descriptions of listed goods, products and services.
11. Please note that when shipping products internationally, you should be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
12. We shall have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered or any other matters to the extent that the delay is due to any event outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, flood, fire, labour disputes, strikes, lock-outs, riots, civil commotion, malicious damage, explosion, governmental actions and any other similar events.
13. GFS LTD does not guarantee any product's fitness for a particular purpose. All items are listed on an 'as is' basis.
